If you've been slaving away at the gym and getting good results for the last few months, but have not been able to achieve the rock hard lean and hungry look of a JNL or Tyson Biggs here is a great workout that will get your body into high-gear and supercharge your fitness model workout!

So whats the program? - running 3 kilometers - that's it. If all your doing is lifting weights and doing ab workouts this 3 k run (the way were going to do it) will add that dimension to your regimen that's going to melt that extra layer of fat that's hiding your abs

Beginners program:

1st month once a week
2nd month 1x two weeks then twice last 2weeks
3rd month 2x a week with the last week 4x



This program assumes you are new to running, it is just one cycle that last 3 months and is designed to be used only once in a year if your lifting for a fitness model look. So here we go - I want you to start with walking for 5 minutes, (buy a pedometer or a runners watch) that's your warm-up , after your warmed-up I want you to go into an "easy run" - an easy run" means running but being capable of carrying on a comfortable conversation while doing it, you will do this easy run for 1.5 km , then you sprint for 100 meters ( just gauge it , break into a sprint when you see a stop sign on a corner ) then back to a walk - you are not going to do a 3km run the first time you do it especially if you're a beginner, a 1km will do for starters , you will work your way up to a fiver in two weeks

Once your comfortable with a 3km run once a week, I want you to do it twice a week , and on the last week of the last month do it 4x a week , if you do this program for three months you will be amazed at the results (coupled with your ab workout and your regular gym thing )- plus you only have to cycle this once (one 3 month cycle a year) to get into incredible fitness model shape for the rest of the year!

This really puts your workout in high gear and increases the intensity of your regular workouts once your done with the cycle your body cant help but improve!
